Yes, I came from Microsoft. So I tend to use Microsoft technology first. When I heard that Live Writer was going to be discontinued, I was bummed. Used it for years, it is a nice tool to write and post to blogs.
So I was very happy when I heard that it would be open sources. Writing this blog post to test out the open sourcie version.
